The Zimbabwe Republic Police in Mutare have recently launched an operation to flush out touts, unregistered motor vehicles and mushikashika vehicles which operates without operator’s license at Sakubva Bus Terminus.
The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has confirmed that during the ongoing operation, 19 touts and five vehicles were impounded for operating without operator’s license
“On 09/12/24, Police in Mutare deployed on operation to flush out touts, unregistered motor vehicles and mushikashika vehicles arrested 19 touts and impounded five vehicles for operating without operator’s license at Sakubva Bus Terminus, Mutare,” ZRP confirmed.
The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) is urging the public transport operators to apply for operating licenses so that they wont be victims to the launched operation.
