Over 5,000 individuals have reportedly registered for the title deeds programme in Southlea Park.
President Mnangagwa announced last year that he would grant freehold titles to all those building homes on State land. This initiative has helped curb local corruption.
According to a recent post by ZANU PF Patriots on X, as seen by Newsreportzim.com, Southlea Park in Harare South has registered 5,000 of its 9,000 residential stand owners for the Presidential Title Deeds Programme.
This initiative, part of a national effort to issue 1.5 million title deeds by year’s end, aims to transform the area into a prime settlement and make housing projects bankable.
