Versatile music producer DJ Maphorisa has been accused of having tlof tlof with Amapiano vocalist Daliwonga.
The startling claim was made by an ex-convict Bongani Joshua Tsime when he sat down on The Wall Podcast with SkeemGP.
Tsime didn’t mince his words, going so far as to call the award-winning producer an after-nine. In the clip that is making the rounds on X, formerly Twitter, Tsime said DJ Maphorisa is not only having tlof tlof with Daliwonga but is romantically involved with other men.
“DJ Maphorisa is rumoured to be in undisclosed relationships with other men, including Daliwonga and others. He is sleeping with Daliwonga,” Bongani Joshua Tsime said.
Upon hearing these accusations, DJ Maphorisa responded fiercely, promising to take action against Tsime. He vowed to handle the situation his way, stating,
“I’m gonna show you how I deal with these kinds of issues. I will make him pay.”
In the comments section, South Africans rallied behind Maphorisa, with prominent figures like Julius Malema supporting his resolve to address the situation.
However, music executive Nhamulo ‘Nota’ Baloyi cautioned Maphorisa against retaliation, advising him not to fall into a trap. Check out some of the comments below:
@Julius_S_Malema:
Mess him up Chana, go very hard.
@lavidaNOTA:
Don’t fall for the trap, it’s a distraction!
@_ShaunKeyz:

@Ubuhleeee:

@Techronic01:

In unrelated news, DJ Maphorisa found relief in August when assault charges against him were dropped after his fourth court appearance at the Randburg Magistrates’ Court.
The charges stemmed from an alleged assault on his girlfriend, actress and DJ Thuli Phongolo, at her Sandton home in May. Maphorisa, whose real name is Themba Sekowe, spent a day in police custody and had been attending court hearings since May 8.
