Sengezo Tshabangu and his CCC rebels have recalled the Mayor of Harare Ian Makone and his deputy, Kudzai Kadzombe.
These two are part of a list of nine councillors he has recalled on the pretence that he is the “Interim Secretary General” of CCC taking advantage of the failure by CCC to have a constitution and leadership structure.
His recalls are benefiting ZANUPF more than anyone else.
It means that these council wards will now go to elections costing the country more money at a time when hospitals have no working hospitals or clean drinking water.
