A HARARE man has been physically abusing his wife accusing her of having failed to stop her daughters’ wayward behaviour.
Amisha Chiwetu from Glen View told Harare magistrate, Sharon Mashavira, that her marriage with Wunganayi Chiwetu has been a living hell.
“He does not communicate his grievances with me,” she submitted.
“I only found out that the reason for the recent assault was because of our daughter’s sudden change in behaviour.”
Unganayi told the court that his wife was promoting their daughter’s wayward behaviour.Mashavira told the couple to seek marriage counselling.
She also ordered the respondent to stop assaulting his wife and allow her back to their matrimonial home.
