In a tragic and heartbreaking development, a woman from South Africa d!ed on Christmas Eve, merely 5 days after getting married in a grand wedding ceremony.
The woman who has been identified as Pretty Matimba Mavundla tragically lost her life in a horrific car accident on December 24th.
Merely five days before her tragic passing, Pretty Matimba Mavundla joyfully tied the knot with her husband, Philip Mavundla, in a lavish wedding ceremony.
On December 19th, Philip announced on his Facebook account that he had just married Pretty. He shared beautiful wedding pictures of themselves. Captioning the pictures, he wrote;
“Got married to the love 💜 of my life this past weekend. Forever and always begins🌻🌸🌹”
It’s evident that they were long-time lovers, having known each other since they were kids.
However, barely a week after their enchanting beautiful fairytale wedding. Pretty d!ed in a tragic car accident in Mpumalanga. Philip announced the sad news on his Facebook account.
“Official Public announcement: Pass of my wife Pretty Matimba Mavundla
Dear Friends and Brethren,
It is with a heavy heart and deepest sorrow that I announce the passing of my wife, PRETTY MATIMBA MAVUNDLA, who tragically lost her life in an accident that occurred in Mpumalanga on the 24th of December 2023.
Let us honour the memory of Pretty by cherishing the beauty she brought into our lives, rather than mourning her loss. May her kindness and the inspiration she shared with us be a lasting reminder of a life well-lived.
The memorial or funeral arrangements will be communicated to everyone as soon as the Family has finalized their decision.”
