The adage, “a candle does not lose it’s brightness when it lits another ” is true in the life of one man whose brain child culminated in the birth of Impact Training Institute( Registered with the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education). This Institute is home to learners of various diploma and certificate programs ranging from Pastoral and Biblical studies, Chaplaincy, Supervision and Management, stores management and Marketing among many others.
The man at the helm of this Institute has set the academic bar a notch higher in terms of self development, however, remaining humble as always. He has proven to be not selfish by continuously encouraging the Impact Training Institute family to always stand upon his shoulders and do better than him academically, which is indeed an inspiration to the students of Impact Training Institute passionately called “ITI'” by the students and staff members . Professor Elias Chakabwata has a number of PhDs to his name, and more than 35 diplomas and 72 certificates in various programs that are not limited to Supervision and Management only. Not withstanding this level, Professor Chakabwata recently completed a Doctorate of Leadership and Organisational Growth, and a Masters in Supervision and Management.
