Seh Calaz has hit back at critics who criticised him after he got a new Mercedes-Benz car from Wicknell Chivayo.
Seh Calaz, born Tawanda Mumanyi, has been on cloud nine since yesterday. The Zimdancehall chanter got a fresh Mercedes-Benz GLE350d from controversial businessman Wicknell Chivayo.
This came as the Intratrek owner has been spoiling ZANU-PF praise singers and musicians with top-of-the-range luxurious cars. Wicknell got new cars for Jah Prayzah, Sulumani Chimbetu, Sandra Ndebele and DJ Fantan. He dropped over half a million on these cars.
He then said he did not buy Seh Calaz a car because he had alleged that the government was not delivering on its election promises. Wicknell took this personally and said it was like an insult to his mother.
A heartbroken Seh Calaz took to Facebook and scribbled a huge paragraph explaining that he is a staunch ZANU-PF supporter and meant to say CCC councillors were not delivering in Harare.
A chuffed Seh Calaz went to Exquisite Cars Zimbabwe with his crew to get the car. Immediately, he went to show his mother in Mbare.
After that, he went around the suburb, and the streets were filled to the brim as ghetto yuts celebrated the new car. He even let some of them hang on the car as it moved.
Seh Calaz got to speak and address people who criticised him for begging for the car. He broke into song and said:
“Hamheno zvavo vasingadzifarire, kana isusu hativafarire. Asvotwa ngaarutse. Asvotwa nesu ngaarutse. ende musatinyaudze.”
