Two Time African Journalist of The Year Hopewell Chin’ono who is well known for his investigative journalism and political active has emphasized that Zimbabweans should unite behind values, fight for electral reforms and support ideas over personalities.
He is urgingZimbos to be united and have a fearless Opposition leadership based on Citizenry aware changes. Besides that “Zanu PF will continue ruling us” , said Chin’ono
Hopewell Chin’ono took his X (formerly known as twitter) handle account and wrote the following :
“Unless something changes, ZANUPF will be in power when you are 60.”
“Change doesn’t happen on its own or through tweets and kusimbisana.”
“I will repeat this again, until you have a UNITED opposition, united on values and not just opportunistic unity, ZANUPF will continue ruling us.”
“Until you fight for electoral reforms and lose the fear you have at the moment, ZANUPF inoramba ichitonga.”
“Until you give the region a reason to intervene, ZANUPF will continue pillaging and plundering Zimbabwe.”
“Until you support ideas and you are ready to d!e for them instead of supporting a personality and yet you have no program of action, ZANUPF inenge ichipo in 2040.”
“Until you start respecting the truth instead of your own propaganda, ZANUPF will not go away.”
“In other ways, change yourselves before you can change the country.”
“You can’t use the same playbook of delusional promises and expect to remove ZANUPF!”
“ZANUPF will not be removed by creating thousands of ghost accounts on Twitter, it will be removed by fearless leadership and a politically conscious citizenry!”
