Man from Chinhoyi suffered the worst trauma when he was drunk after he woke up with his ny@sh pounded in pain after he drank all night colleague .
The 32-year-old man from Chinhoyi who assault3d his mate, was taken to the Chinhoyi Magistrates’ Court for ind3cent ass@ult on another man.
During the goings-on, on March 31, 2024, the ass@ulter and the 23-year-old complainant, were on annual leave. The drinking spree was spent at their residence. At approximately 5:00 p.m., the accused person asked the complainant to tag along with him to a place he worked as a watchman.
Later on, the plaintiff decided to take a bath. Accused person proceeded towards him twice and demanded on seeing the size of his privates. Chinhoyi man refused to show him .After the complainant finished bathing, both individuals took a nap.
As the v!ctim was drunk he slept completely , the accused undressed me and engaged in sexual activity with him. The next day, on April 1, 2024, when the complainant woke up, he felt agony in his @nu@l and discovered spermatic fluid on his lap while bathing.
Shaken by fear, the vict!m not to share the event until April 8, 2024, later made a report to the police.
The next hearing is set for April 24, 2024.
