Zimbabwe’s Mbudzi Interchange Project Halfway Complete, US$88 million project is due for completion this year. In February it was at 55%.
According to the Transport and Infrastructural Development minister Felix Mhona in February he noted that “By July 31, we must be having our interchange. It would be complete. Our engineers are working 24/7 and even at night so that we meet the target.”
As of Now in a statement seen by Newsreportzim.com Construction of the Mbudzi Interchange is currently at 59.4% completion. The interchange comprises of 15 bridges, 13 bridges are on the interchange and two bridges are off-site bridges in Amalinda Drive and Harare Drive. The bridges on the interchange, about six of the bridges are substantially complete.
