Naama Levy, a 19-year-old peace activist who also serves as an Israeli soldier in the Israel Defence Forces was abducted on the morning of October 7, 2023, during the Hamas attack on Israel by militants from the Nahal Oz kibbutz military base.
Before joining the army, Naama was involved in “Hands of Peace,” an organisation advocating for peace among Americans, Israelis, and Gazans, where she aimed to understand perspectives from all sides.
However, on October 7th, she was kidnapped. Her captors bound her hands behind her back, cut her shins to prevent escape, and brutally beat her face, resulting in severe injuries and bl00dshed. They subjected her to a horrifying ordeal of physical ass@ult.
