In a video clip circulating on social media platforms, Frederick Goss, a 55-year-old inmate confined to a wheelchair, was seen seizing a g-n from a correctional officer while being transferred to the Jefferson County Courthouse in Mount Vernon, Illinois, on October 26, 2021.
Goss, facing charges of armed r0bbery and aggravated discharge of a firearm, was escorted by the officer for a jury trial. Upon reaching the courthouse, the officer removed Goss’s handcuffs and helped him into a wheelchair.
