Luka Modrić, the Croatian midfielder for Real Madrid, has extended his contract with the club until June 2025. Before the end of the 2023/24 season, Modrić confirmed his desire to remain at Real Madrid for another season.
According to Fabrizio Romano’s latest update, he stated, “Luka Modrić has signed his new contract valid until June 2025. Real Madrid have just counter-signed it.”
“Luka Modrić stays for one more season.”
Since joining Real Madrid from Tottenham Hotspur in August 2012, Modrić has made over 530 appearances, scoring 39 goals and providing 86 assists. His contributions have been instrumental in helping the team secure four La Liga championships and six Champions League titles, among other honors.
Modrić won the Ballon d’Or in 2018 after leading Croatia to the World Cup finals in Russia and was named the Best FIFA Men’s Player of the Year.
