A 39-year-old man reportedly started sh00ting at random cars in San Jacinto, California, k!lling a father of four.
The suspect, Julio Rodarte was arrested on suspicion of m-rder and 10 counts of @ttempted m-rder after firing off 30 sh0ts & taking his clothes off.
In a twitter post seen by newsreportzim.com, the incident occured when he tried to buy a bottle of l!quor at a nearby market but didn’t have enough money.
It is alleged that when he left the market, he then started firing at cars before taking his clothes off.

Multiple cars were damaged, one man was !njured and 42-year-old Victor Hugo Leon was k!lled.
Leon was on his way home after his night shift at work.
