Stefan Ortega, Manchester City’s second goalkeeper has signed a one-year contract extension until the end of the 2025-26 season.

Stefan Osterga joined the English Premier League Champions in 2022 from Arminia Bielefeld, he made nine appearances in the Premier League last season and started the FA Cup final defeat by Manchester United.
Club’s director of football, Txiki Begiristain, described Ortega as the best number two goalkeeper at the moment.
Meanwhile, Manchester City are not on the verge to accept any loan proposal for Julián Álvarez this summer despite Paris Saint-Germain (PSG)’s approach to Álvarez agent in the recent days, as revealed.
Julián Álvarez wants to play more and the club has been informed by Álvarez’s camp, City still want to keep Julián.
