In the video clip circulating on the social media platform he is seen n@ked on the ground whilst getting a thorough be@ting from the public.
In 2022,it is alleged that he was arrested alongside with his collegues for embezzling government funds.
The court ruled out that he has to spent eleven years in imprisonment for confiscating government funds.
