Parliament Committee Chairperson on Local Government, Supa Mandiwadzira has emphasised the imperative of allocating carbon tax revenue to the Environment Fund to mitigate the absence of clean water in Harare, notably in Glenview.
He stated this in an X post OpenParlyZw where he also mentioned inviting the Environmental Management Agency (EMA) and the Upper Miami Sub-Catchment to address the petition they issued.
