According to a PSAFLIVE post, Alice Sibanda, an illegal Zimbabwean immigrant, has unlawfully acquired a South African identity and is currently utilizing it to access the SASSA grant and the R370 SRD grant.
It is alleged that she falsified registration details, including a non-existent address in Daveyton.
Sibanda is utilizing a South African ID bearing the C number 0, indicating its status as a South African document.
The Department of Home Affairs’ failure to curb duplicate and fraudulent IDs among illegal Zimbabwean immigrants is significantly impacting the lives of South African citizens negatively.
