Siqokoqela Mphoko, son of former VP Phelekezela Mphoko, is suing Professor Welshman Ncube, CCC interim VP, for allegedly misappropriating US$1.5 million from selling Choppies Enterprises shares.
The Mphokos claim Ncube breached their trust as their legal advisor. Ncube denies the allegations, citing transparency and integrity in the transaction.
The case will be heard at the Bulawayo High Court on June 24.
