Zimbabweans on social media have reacted to a viral video showing more than 20 elderly women dancing provocatively to a song with explicit lyrics.
Many netizens criticised the women, arguing they should uphold moral standards.
Some compared them to Kenyan youth, who they described as more progressive, pointing out that while Zimbabwean women are twerking, millions are being looted.
One user asked, “Are you not inspired by the Kenyan youth?” Another commented, “Didn’t they get the memo? The supply chain for Toyota Aquas has been permanently terminated!”
