A couple in Chongwe District, Zambia has reportedly d!ed a few hours apart.
According to reports, Charles Umba, 29, and Saliva Hatembo Umba, 32, allegedly invited a w!tch doctor, known as “Dr. Simple,” to their home for three days to execute certain rites.
On Wednesday evening, at 20:00, the couple went to bed, both alive and healthy.
However, about 01:00, Umba realised that his wife was cold and unresponsive. In a state of p@nic, Umba went to alert his neighbor, 48-year-old Bertha Mwanza, who assisted in transporting Saliva to Kanakantapa Police Station to secure a “brought in dead” certificate.
Tragically, about 08:00 a.m., Umba p@ssed out at the police station. He was subsequently transported to Kanakantapa Health Post, where he was declared de@d upon arrival.
It is reported that the crime scene was visited and there was a bucket of water mixed with herbs was found in the couple’s house.
“Dr. Simple” is now at the top of the Zambia Police’s most wanted list.

The news has shocked the people on social media some claiming that the w!tch doctor had something to do with the mysterious de@th of the couple while some said that they dug their own de@th by having the w!tch doctor in their house.
