The Dailynews reports that Wicknell Chivayo and his team face extradiction if they dont return to the country for questioning.
Chivayo together with Mike Chimombe and Moses Mpofu are wanted by ZACC for the US$40million Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) scandal.
Speaking to Dailynews, Thandiwe Mlobane said ZACC will take appropriate legal measures against the trio, including seeking extradiction from countries they are hiding.
The trio has been accused of fleeing the country to avoid being arrested.
This comes after lawyers representing Moses and Mike wrote to ZACC saying they will not be able to hand themselves in since they are out of the country.
