President Mnangagwa has officially launched the Zimbabwe Multi-Sectoral Dr_g and Substance @buse Plan 2024-2030.
Mnangagwa has announced that substance @buse has various negative consequences, including poor health.
“This public health concern is further undermining the social fabric of our beautiful nation, particularly affecting the youth.”
He asserted that dr_g and substance @buse have become a thre@t to security, public health, and society.
