The ongoing case against the allleged insurance murd3rer has been postponed to 22 July and moved by the Molopo Magistrate’s Court to a high court in North west of Mahikeng, South Africa for a pre-trial hearing.
The accused woman identified as Agnes Setshwantsho is facing multiple charges including; fr@ud, murd_r, and defeating the ends of justice by allegedly k!lling her niece.
According to sources, Setshwantsho allegedly murd3red her niece in bid to secure an insurance payout of around R$3 Million.
The magistrate also confirmed that the contents of the case docket will be provided to the defense in preparation of the hearing on July 22, 2024 in Mahikeng.
Investigations are allegedly still underway including b0dy exhuming of her husband’s remains to determine the cause of his de@th and her two children.
Setshwantsho’s cases have been previously postponed in March and May this year and the decision made by the magistrate to centralise them at Mahikeng High Court were praised by the defense lawyer.
