A fire reportedly occurred at the residence of Deputy Finance Minister David Kudakwashe Mnangagwa, son of President Emmerson Mnangagwa.
According to Zimlive, the fire broke out late last night and reignited this morning, shortly after recent police reports of two separate break-ins at the property on Mt Camel Road in Borrowdale.
Meanwhile, the police have launched investigations into reported criminal incidents at Deputy Minister Kudakwashe Mnangagwa’s residence.

“The Zimbabwe Republic Police confirms that investigations are being conducted in connection with a report of criminal acts at the residence of the Deputy Minister of Finance, Economic Development and Investment Promotion, Honourable David Kudakwashe Mnangagwa’s residence in Harare on June 23, 2024. More details will be availed as investigations unravel,” he said.
