Victor Osimhen, the Nigerian striker who plays for Serie A giant Napoli, plans to leave the club this summer.
Napoli has already set a price tag for the Nigerian forward, with the talisman eyeing a move to the Premier League, preferring Chelsea as his first choice.
According to Fabrizio Romano’s latest update on Osimhen’s transfer news, newsreportzim.com has learned that Osimhen’s plan to leave Napoli this summer remains unchanged.
“Victor Osimhen’s plan is still to leave Napoli this summer as movement is expected soon.
After a quiet June, Napoli expects proposals to arrive for Osimhen, with the release clause set around €120m,” the post reads.
The Nigerian striker joined Napoli in 2020 and has clinched several individual awards, including the Serie A Best Young Player award in the 2021–22 season.
Victor Osimhen helped Napoli win their first Serie A title in 33 years, finishing the season as the league’s top scorer with 26 goals.
