Self-proclaimed Prophet Walter Magaya has officially opened Heart Stadium Number 2 in Maputo, Mozambique.
In a statement, Magaya expressed his enthusiasm for the new stadium, highlighting their mission to provide more opportunities for children to engage in sports.
“For this, and for all you do, we bless your name, Lord! By His grace, we have established The Heart Stadium 2 in Maputo, Mozambique.
We shall continue to press forward with the good work that God has mandated us to do, and we shall always invest in the betterment of our people. May God bless you and may your impact not just be local but be international.
Mbiri kuna Jesu! ‘Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven’ (Matthew 5:16 NKJV),” Magaya stated.

This follows the inauguration of the original Heart Stadium in Waterfalls, Harare, which was officially opened in December 2023 by President Emmerson Mnangagwa.
The stadium initially accommodates 5,000 spectators but is set to expand to over 40,000 seats in the future.
However, it faced temporary suspension from hosting top-flight league games due to inadequate ablution facilities, with reliance on mobile toilets that were overwhelmed on matchdays.
Magaya’s vision of expanding sporting grounds across various countries underscores his commitment to fostering sports and community development.
