The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Development has placed all the requirements to upgrade the Mabvazuva intersection along Harare – Mutare Highway.
The works to upgrade Mabvazuva intersection and installation of traffic lights is scheduled to take place on Monday the 15th of July to August 10.
Due to the intersection upgrades, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Development is pleased to to advise the motoring public that there will be disruption in traffic flow at the 25km peg along Harare-Mutare highway from 15 July to 10 August 2024.
Harare- Mutare Highway will be closed, detour roads shall be provided through Mabvazuva and adequate signage shall be installed to assist motorists to navigate around the works safely.
During this period, motorists approaching the intersection are kindly requested to exercise maximum caution.
