Fulham had initial bid rejected for Emile Smith Rowe, now considering to return with new proposal to Arsenal, Fabrizo Romano confirmed the development.
Emile Smith Rowe is considered as one of the main targets with Fulham prepared to invest part of the budget they got from the Palhinha deal but it depends on Arsenal.
Smith still has two years left on his current contract.
Additionally, Smith is a boyhood Arsenal fan who joined their academy aged 10.
