The High Court of Zimbabwe has reserved its judgement on the bail appeal for ex-senator Jameson Timba and 77 other CCC activists until this Thursday.
The bail hearing for Citizens Coalition for Change interim leader Jameson Timba and other party activists was handed by the High Court Judge Justice Mutevedzi at Harare High Court.
According to Agency Gumbo, a member of the legal team for ex-senator Jameson Timba and 77 other CCC activists speaks outside the High Court in Harare after a bail appeal was argued.
“The High Court has reserved its judgement on the bail appeal for the Avondale 78 until Thursday this week”, Gumbo said.
Meanwhile, one of the minors who was still incarcerated has been granted bail by Justice Mutevedzi.
