The Zvishavane based Platinum miners, currently the Premier Soccer League log leaders have signed a highly-rated midfielder, Polyester Shoko from their league rival Telone FC.
Shoko, who joined TelOne at the start of the season after parting ways with relegated Sheasham, has signed a two-and-half year contract with Pure Platinum Play.
Polyster became FC Platinum’s second signing in this current transfer window after they snatch Devine Mhindirira from Highlanders “Bosso” FC.
He is expected to bring more stability to Norman Mapeza coached side in the midfield, which already boasts other stars such as Brian Banda and Juan Mutudza.
Meanwhile, FC Platinum are preparing to host Ngezi Platinum Stars at Mandava stadium on Saturday 20th of July. Ngezi Platinum Stars are positioned on the second with 33 points.
Ngezi Platinum are the form team at the moment, winning their last seven matches, with their new signing Obriel Chirinda scoring in each of the four matches he has played.
