A 41-year-old woman, Memory Choga, has been arrested in Mashonaland East, Zimbabwe, for allegedly m_rdering her husband, Douglas Jeche, a 45-year-old teacher, after a dispute over money.
According to reports, Douglas had transferred his salary to his mobile wallet without telling Memory, who only discovered this when she tried to withdraw cash from his account.
Enraged, Memory att@cked her husband with a log, causing fatal !njuries.

National police spokesperson, Commissioner Paul Nyathi, confirmed the incident, stating that Memory was arrested on July 19, 2024, for the m_rder of her husband, which occurred at their home in Jeche Primary School, Sadza.
The att@ck was reportedly triggered by the misunderstanding over the transferred funds, resulting in Douglas suffering multiple wounds that ultimately led to his de@th.
