According to the store employees, the man entered the shop under the guise of a customer interested in purchasing suits.
He approached the cashier, pretending to inquire about various suit sizes.

In an effort to provide good customer service, the cashier offered to call another branch of the store to check if the required size was available.

“This man came into our shop pretending to be a customer. He asked about different suit sizes and seemed genuinely interested. When I turned to call another branch for the size he needed, he took my phone and ran off,” the cashier recounted, still visibly shaken by the experience.
