The launch of Macheso’s 13th studio album, titled Kupa Kuturika, was a landmark occasion for fans of the celebrated sungura artist.

However, the excitement of the evening was marred by an unfortunate incident involving one of the attendees.
The victim, who shared the incident through social media user named Rumbidzai Nyazungu, took to Facebook to share the distressing experience. He posted a heartfelt plea, seeking assistance from anyone who might have information about the stolen vehicle. In his message, he wrote:

She explained that after attending the album launch, she returned to find that her Honda Fit, with the registration number AEV 7740, had been stolen. Her message conveys a deep sense of frustration and helplessness, compounded by the fact that she had paid someone to watch over her car, only to find out that it was missing.
The theft occurred amidst the fervor of Macheso’s album launch, which was a significant event for both the artist and his fans.
