A dramatic paternity dispute has unfolded in a Lusaka court, involving two married men and a 27-year-old woman, Evelyn Chingwe.
According to reports, James Luwo and Julius Sialwiindi, both from Lusaka, are engaged in a heated battle over who fathered Evelyn’s eight-month-old baby girl.
Each man claims to be the biological father and has sworn an oath on the country’s Olympic Bronze medal to prove it.
The case has taken a scandalous turn, with all parties admitting to infidelity and lavish spending on Evelyn during her pregnancy.
The court was shocked to hear that both men had been secretly supporting Evelyn and the child, even giving the baby different names.
However, the plot thickened when an Under 5 card revealed a third possible surname, leaving everyone wondering if there’s another man involved.
The love triangle turned sour when Julius discovered rumors of Evelyn’s other relationship, leading him to confront James and ultimately, taking the matter to court.
“I asked Evelyn about Julius but she refused knowing anything about what he said. So, I sued the both of them here so I can know the true paternity of the child. I just want to know If am the father or not,” James told the court.
However, Evelyn stated her career as a dedicated side chick to Julius started in 2011, but that each time she became pregnant for him, he would ask her to ab0rt for the concern that it would disrupt his calm home. Evelyn informed the court that she managed to stay as a secret girlfriend to Julius for more than 10 years until three years ago when she met James.
“I was d@ting James and I became pregnant for him in 2023. When I was three months up, Julius told me that I should not mention him as the father because he was scared of ruining his marriage but our relationship ended in 2022,” claimed Evelyn.
