Detectives today arrested former Nashville police officer Sean Herman at his Sumner County home on two counts of felony official misconduct for participating in the production of an ad_lt video while on duty.
Chief John Drake dismissed Herman, 33, on May 9, one day after detectives from the Specialized Investigations Division discovered the video.
In the video, Herman, identifiable by his MNPD uniform from the chest down, was involved in a mock traffic stop as part of an OnlyFans skit, during which he groped the exposed bre@st of a female driver.
The investigation revealed that the video was filmed on the evening of April 26 in a Madison area warehouse parking lot, while Herman was on duty as a patrol officer in the Madison Precinct. Although Herman was initially fired, Chief Drake ordered the investigation to continue, leading to Herman’s indictment.
