Police in Harare are currently investigating a serious road traffic accident that took place on August 28 2024, at approximately 11:30 PM.
The accident took place at the intersection of Nemakonde Way and Stone Road, in close proximity to the Greencroft Shopping Centre.
An unidentified motorist struck a man who is yet to be identified and, shockingly, did not stop to render assistance after the collision.
As a result of the incident, the victim sustained multiple inj_ries across his body and has since been admitted to Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals for medical treatment.
The police have urged anyone who may have witnessed the accident or has relevant information regarding the case to come forward and report to their nearest police station.
The ZRP is working diligently to gather evidence and identify the driver responsible for this hit-and-run case.
