In a shocking incident at Majachani Business Centre in Nash 1, police in Shurugwi have apprehended two suspects, Jabulani Mutami (39) and Tawanda Zimuto (27), in connection with the murd3r of 23-year-old Oliver Gwama.
The altercation reportedly stemmed from a dispute over a debt of US$15 that Gwama owed to Nicholas Gwande, who, alongside the arrested suspects, took turns to viciously as@ult the victim using unknown objects.
The brutal att_ck took place on 15 September 2024, leading to Gwama being discovered lifeless near Blooming Lilly Mine in Shurugwi shortly after the incident.
The police have confirmed that Gwande is currently evading capture and is considered a crucial suspect in this heinous crime.
The police urge anyone with information regarding Gwande’s whereabouts or details related to the incident to come forward.
