A Harare-bound Toyota Hiace minibus reportedly experienced a brake failure and crashed into a tree at the 52-kilometer marker along the Mazowe-Centenary road yesterday.
The accident left eleven people injured, with one passenger suffering serious inj_ries.
The critically inj_red individual was promptly airlifted from Mvurwi Hospital to Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals for urgent medical care.
According to police reports, the driver, identified as Charlse Nyamharadzi, aged 33, was unable to navigate a curve in the road due to the loss of brakes, resulting in the collision.
