Rick Ross is facing a lawsuit after allegations that his Car & Bike Show did not accommodate attendees living with disabilities.
Darris Straughter has filed a suit claiming the event lacked proper accessibility, despite prior assurances.
Straughter was eager to attend the highly promoted event, but his experience took a turn for the worse when the wheelchair-accessible shuttle bus he was promised failed to arrive, leaving him stranded in the parking lot for hours.
In the lawsuit, Straughter details the lengths he went to attend the show, including selling his car to cover travel, lodging, and ticket expenses.

He had reached out to event organizers two weeks before the show to confirm accommodations for his wheelchair and was assured that a shuttle would be available. When that shuttle never showed up, he felt compelled to give away his ticket and return to his hotel in disappointment.
Additionally, Straughter alleges that the organizers promised refunds for anyone unable to enter the event, but he has not received any follow-up or compensation.
Now represented by attorney John Hoover, Straughter is suing Rick Ross for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA).
The lawsuit seeks damages and a court order requiring future car shows to ensure proper accessibility for disabled individuals.
