Ambassador Nozizwe Mhlanga founder of Nozizwe Mother of Nations Trust has been nominated for The Bharat Pariwaar International Mother Teresa Awards.
It is an annual recognition program honouring individuals and organisations that embody the selfless spirit of Saint Teresa of Calcutta. The awards focus on recognizing individuals who make outstanding contributions in areas like Social Justice, peace and harmony healthcare, education, women’s empowerment, human rights, environment and sustainability.
Ambassador Nozizwe Mhlanga runs Nozizwe Mother of Nations Trust which takes care of more than 5000 orphaned and vulnerable children in Zimbabwe. Nozizwe runs everyday soup kitchen in partnership with Mustard Seed Communities which feeds more than 1200 children,mothers and the elderly everyday.
Nozizwe trust assists with school fees, medication, clothes, blankets, wheelchairs, food and more. The trust was founded in 2018 and Ambassador Nozizwe has scooped more than 30 International Awards this year within 5 months.
