A sad event happened in Harare, where a 29-year-old s3x worker was attacked and robbed.
The woman had agreed to spend the night with a man named Edmore Manyange for $30.
They met at a bar and left together around 10 PM, heading to her home in Glen Norah.
However, their plans changed when two of Manyange’s friends picked them up in a truck.
As they reached the Kopje area, Manyange stopped the truck, and one of his friends threatened the woman with a knife. The three men took turns assaulting her.

After the attack, they drove to a service station and forced her into another vehicle. They stole her bag, which had $60 and a cell phone worth $120, before leaving her on Rotten Row Road.
Fortunately, security guards found her and helped her get to the police station to report what happened.
One of the suspects, Tinotenda Siringwani, appeared in court recently, but the other two men are still hiding from the police.
This situation shows how dangerous it can be for s3x workers in Zimbabwe, who are often at risk of violence and exploitation.
It emphasizes the need for better protection and support for people in this line of work.
