Friends Without Boundaries organization founder and Mrs Elizabeth Matenga’s friend have visited Mutemwa Leprosy Catholic Care Center residents on Wednesday this week to hand over a donation of three television sets and three solar run radio/torches for some residents at Mutemwa.
The donation was from Mr Paul Mann from United Kingdom. The donation brought cheer to two residents who are house bound and to the lady who stays on her own by the tin house.
The radio will also bring joy to the rest especially the one who is blind. More television sets are still required for the residents who do not have and spend many periods of time on their own.
Mutemwa Leprosy Catholic Care Center is in Mutoko it’s about 100 km from Harare a 2 hour drive. The Centre takes care of destitutes, post Leprosy patients, disabled and mentally challenged people.
