VIDEO: ZRP surrounds phone thief as he exits the ‘toilet’

An unnamed man who makes a living by scamming innocent people has been caught on camera getting arrested as he came out of the toilet at his house.

His victim, a young woman informed the police that he decided to approach her with a friendly smile when she has visited town.

He quickly came up with a plan to trick her.

With a few smooth words, he managed to deceive her and took her phone along with some cash. The woman was shocked and upset when she realized she had been scammed.

Fortunately, the local police department was being vigilant about recent reports of this particular scammer.

They had received multiple complaints from people who had fallen victim to his tricks, and they were determined to catch him. The officers knew they had to act quickly to stop him from scamming anyone else.

The police officers decided to set up a plan.

They knew that the scammer might need to use the bathroom at some point. So, they chose a strategic location nearby, where they could keep an eye on the bathroom entrance.

They waited patiently, watching and listening, ready to take action as soon as the scammer showed up.

As time passed, the officers remained focused and alert. They were committed to their mission, knowing that many people were counting on them to restore safety in their community. Then, after what felt like a long wait, the bathroom door finally opened, and out walked the scammer!

He seemed relaxed, unaware that he was being closely watched. As he took a few steps away from the bathroom, that’s when the officers decided to make their move. They approached him confidently and made it clear that he was under arrest. The scammer realized he had no chance to escape; he was trapped.

The officers quickly handcuffed him and brought him back to the station. Meanwhile, the young woman who had been scammed was contacted by the police. They assured her that they were doing everything they could to help her, and they were sorry for what had happened.

Later, during their investigation, the police gathered information from the woman and other victims. They worked hard to make sure the scammer would face justice for his actions. Thanks to the ZRP’s careful planning and quick response, the scammer would no longer be able to take advantage of others.
