Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing several new s3xual ass@ult lawsuits. The 54-year-old rap mogul, who is awaiting trial on s3x trafficking and racketeering charges in a Brooklyn prison cell, was hit with new allegations on Monday when a slew of legal papers filed in the Southern District of New York accused him of r@ping, dr_gging, sodomising, and thre@tening to k!ll multiple alleged victims.
Court filings acquired by Page Six show that one anonymous female claimed Combs r@ped her in 2004, after the then-19-year-old was allegedly invited to a picture session and then to his Marriott hotel room in Manhattan.
The college student was allegedly escorted to a “separate room” away from the main party at a “exclusive party” where she said the door was locked.
Diddy then “thre@tened to have them both k!lled” if they did not comply with his demands. Another lawsuit from an unidentified individual claims Combs committed aggravated s3xual ass@ult at a Macy’s department store stockroom in 2008.
The man claimed he was challenged by the rapper and two of his bodyguards, who threatened to “k!ll” the victim after the composer allegedly performed a s#xual act on him. Another anonymous man said Combs dr_gged and sodomised him in a van outside a White Party in 2006.
He said the Grammy winner “dismissed” his requests for assistance, telling him he would “be alright.” A fourth alleged victim, a female, claimed in her lawsuit that Combs raped her during a 1995 party.
The most recent legal complaints against Combs were all filed by lawyer Tony Buzbee, who stated earlier this month that he is representing over 120 alleged Combs victims
Combs has continuously denied any involvement since being detained on a federal charge in September. He is being jailed without bail despite pleading not guilty.
