The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has confirmed the arrest of 25-year-old Takudzwa Gadzira on October 19, 2024, in connection with a tragic murd3r incident that took place at a butchery near the Runwave Service Station in Southlea Park, Harare.
The victim, identified as 29-year-old David Nyaudzani, was fatally inj_red during a confrontation that arose over a dispute regarding a girlfriend.
In the heat of the altercation, Gadzira allegedly wielded a butcher knife and st@bbed Nyaudzani once in the chest, leading to a critical inj_ry.
Despite efforts to save him, the victim was transported to a local clinic, where he was pronounced de_d upon arrival.
