A surprising medical discoveryhas revealed that a 78-year-old man was found to have three p3n!ses during a dissection by students at the University of Birmingham Medical School in the U.K.
This condition, known as tr!ph@llia, is incredibly rare, with only one other case reported before.
The man, who donated his body to science, appeared to have normal g3nitals on the outside, but the medical students uncovered two tiny extra p3nises hidden inside his scr0_tum.
Researchers noted that he may never have known about these extra appendages.

Triphallia is a cong3nital anomaly that occurs in about one in every 5 to 6 million births.
While having two penises (called diphallia) is known to occur in around 100 cases, triph@llia is even less common. Usually, doctors address any extra p3nises if they’re noticeable at birth; however, hidden ones can go unnoticed throughout a person’s life.
The extra penises had their unique structures, but the primary p3nis shared a single urethra with one of the extras.
The smallest p3nis lacked a urethra altogether. Although external appearances might have suggested normality, the man could have faced health challenges, such as urinary tract infections or pain during s3x.
Experts believe that such conditions arise due to complications during fetal development. This case serves as a reminder that unusual anatomical variations can exist without presenting symptoms, raising awareness about hidden conditions that might affect other patients.
