On Monday, a surprising and troubling event took place in downtown Bulawayo.
People working as vendors and in nearby shops were shocked to see a man acting inappropriately in his parked car on Ninth Avenue.
The situation began when a shop attendant noticed the man pulling into a parking spot.
After parking, he lowered the front windows of his car. It didn’t take long for the attendant to realize that the man was engaging in a very in@ppropr!ate act.
Concerned for what she was witnessing, she quickly informed her co-workers.

“I was standing by the window when I saw him park. Then he lowered the windows and started to please himself. I rushed to tell my colleagues, and we hurried over to his car,” one shop attendant explained in a video posted by B Metro. When they arrived, they found the man still engaged in the act.
As soon as he spotted them, he locked the doors and hurriedly pulled up his trousers.
As more people gathered to see what was happening, the man seemed increasingly nervous.
Feeling overwhelmed by the attention, he suddenly jumped out of his car and ran away on foot. Meanwhile, police officers arrived shortly after and took control of the situation, towing the man’s vehicle to the local police station.
Interestingly, this shop attendant mentioned that this wasn’t the first time they had seen the man behaving inappropriately. Many people in the area believed he had acted this way before, raising concerns among local business owners and residents who want to keep their public spaces safe and respectful.
Some community members even speculated that the man might be using juju, a term referring to magic or supernatural practices, given his unusual behavior over the years. To this day, he has not been caught or arrested.
The Bulawayo police have confirmed they are looking into the incident and are dedicated to addressing the worries of the community.
