It was revealed that the accused, who has a prior conviction for a s_exual offence, had invited the complainant along with other students to his home for what he described as extra lessons.
After assigning an exercise, he lured the complainant to his bedroom under the pretense of returning a book she had left behind.
Reports indicate that he r_ped her, intimidating her into silence with threats of violence if she screamed or disclosed the incident.
The truth came to light when the complainant confided in her parents, prompting them to report the matter to the police, which ultimately led to the teacher’s arrest.
